Refund policy

Refunds do not apply to Premium Hand-Made Cigars.

Regarding branded apparel items refund requests must be made within 2 days after receiving goods.

‍Eligible Reasons for Return

  • any product defects
  • wrong size not as per order

Non- Eligible Resons for Return

  • user error- incorrect selection of sizes or designs
  • change of mind 

How do I make a Request?  

You must email a photo of the items in question to info@wethabusiness.com. One of our representatives will review the issue and respond within 24-hours.  

How many days do I have to make a request? 

You have a window of 2 days after receiving the goods to make a request.   

Do I need to Return items that have been accepted as defected or as not per order?  

Wrong items sent to customer will not need to be returned.

How fast will Replacement item be sent? 

Replacement items will be pushed through manufacturing as quickly as possible and shipping will be upgraded to UPS 2-Day.
